Flying High

As we enter the Thanksgiving season and begin preparations for a wonderful feast, we are especially thankful this season. He sees one of his doctors this afternoon and we're hoping they have a solution to ease the pains that continually pop up.

We are FLYING HIGH that Dad is home and out of the hospital.......

Memories Card

A Memory Book was compiled ....it includes all of your treasured memories, stories, and laughs on how my father touched your life (ESPECIALLY THOSE UNDER POST DATED TUES NOVEMBER 18). This special gift was read to him on several occasions since Thanksgiving 2008. He felt all of your love and would smile from ear to ear...your comments were the highlight of many days. Not many are blessed with hearing how they touched others lives...things that are normally reserved for remarks at a funeral. THANK YOU FOR TAKING THE TIME AND GIVING HIM THAT GIFT THESE PAST 9 MONTHS.

Thank you for honoring my father and my family with your visit! By all means, please leave comments as your words will surely provide comfort to my mom and me. Many questions are similar so this blog was created to offer a venue to communicate with all who love my father and want to honor his spirit, energy and gift of unconditional love. During this difficult time my mother and I can not always immediately return calls or emails and your understanding of this is a much-needed gift.
